Honorable Kerala Court bench with Justice Ram Kumar and Justice Beurkhath Ali ordered in favour of Jacobite Syrian Orthodox church in the case filed by Indian Orthodox group for implementing 1934 at Puthencruz St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s JSO church. Court handled over the full ownership of this parish to JSOC. Court also commented that constitution of 1934 is not applicable to the administration of parish churches in Malankara and removed the status- co in that parish and handed over the church to Jacobite Syrian Orthodox church.
