His Holiness Patriarch celebrated the Holy Qurobo at St. Mary Church in Liege.

On the occasion of the feast of birth of the Virgin Mary, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II celebrated the Holy Qurobo at St. Mary Church in Liege.

He was assisted by their Eminences Mor George Kourieh, Patriarchal Vicar in Belgium, France and Luxemburg, and Mor Maurice Amsih, Archbishop of Jazeera and Euphrates.

In his sermon, His Holiness talked about the birth of the Virgin Mary Mother of God and the reason why it is celebrated in our Church. He also spoke about her humility and how the Lord blesses the humble. At the end of his sermon, His Holiness thanked Catholic Archbishop Jean-Pierre of Liege for his care for our people and assistance he offers to fulfill their spiritual needs
